Reliability

CyberData is acutely aware of the requirement for documents, data and human security in our industry. We have assigned a Security Manager to ensure compliance with all security procedures. The office which we have is equipped with a 24-hour monitored security systems, fire alarm, emergency lighting and fire-proof safes. Access can only be gained through a locked, coded entry door. Visitors to the building are required to identify themselves, state the purpose of their visit and sign a visiting book. Visitors including service personnel are escorted by an appointed company representative during their time in the facility to prevent accidental or unauthorized disclosure of customer information.

Document are received in a pre-designated area, logged in and tracked under our accountability control system. No document are left unattended in the processing area. At the end of the work day, all in-process work, including data on all electronic media is accounted for and returned for processing the following day.

Prior to employment, applicants are required to read and sign an "Employee Confidentiality Agreement" for the protection of the customers documents. Training in security and confidentiality is given both quarterly and with each new project. Applicants are also required to sign a "Drug Free Workplace" agreement which explains that they are required to be tested prior to employment and agree to random testing throughout their tenure with CyberData.

Since data security is also a concern, in addition to having a mirrored system that backs up 24 hours a day, a back up tape is created daily and kept for a minimum of 45 days. Customer data is also a backed-up on write-only disks and maintained for 3 months at another CyberData facility. CyberData provides emergency recreation of input media within 8 hours of a customer request.
